Return & Refund Policy
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we can offer a full refund within 60 days of the customer receiving the order. We simply require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item with tracking number.
To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge, please contact returns@coredcore.co.uk with your name, address & order number and our customer service team will generate a shipping label for you.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that a refund has been issued and feel free to order the item again from our website.
Cancelling Order
The order can be cancelled by emailing us at returns@coredcore.co.uk within 24 hours after placing it. We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your return.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched. No refund or exchange will be facilitated in such circumstance.
Exchange / Return
Wrongly received products can be returned or exchanged. The customer has to contact us via email on returns@coredcore.co.uk

Please ensure that product is not used, and it must be in its original condition and packaging with tags.

Untagged or used items will NOT be acceptable for returns or exchange.
You can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.
